In this modern age of high-tech, we are taught about the science of advance technology, but it fails miserably in giving insight into how to handle the mind in stressful situations, how to promote harmony in human relations and how to cope with the varried situations of life with joy and inner strength.

Our hearts are burdened. We live in fear of the future, of an unpredicted mishap, of bankrupcy, of ill-health and greatest of all - loneliness. In this complex universe, life is an inexplicable mysttery that touches both this world as well as God at the same time. Its source is in God; its manifestation is upon this world of names and forms.

Question arises in our minds about our ownselves! Who are we? Where from we came! What's the purpose of coming to this planet? Whats our goal! There are inumerable questions in our minds, but we are unable to get the right answers to our quests.
